Biography

Deborah L. Rollier currently lives in Amherstburg but has been a resident of both Leamington and Kingsville over the last 20 years. She started her working career in social services and managed group homes for children and adults with developmental disabilities until she returned to university to achieve her goal of becoming a lawyer in 1996. Since graduating from law school at the University of Western Ontario (now Western University) and being called to the bar in 2001, Debbie and her family relocated to Leamington and she has worked at the law firm, Ricci, Enns, Rollier & Setterington LLP throughout. She became a partner in the firm in 2003. Since beginning practice, she has gone on to obtain her Master’s degree in Law at Osgoode Hall Law School and is an accredited family law mediator and collaborative lawyer.

Initially, Debbie practiced in the areas of commercial litigation and family law but moved into general practice when the firm acquired a well-respected Kingsville law firm and she became the partner responsible for that office. Debbie has developed a busy practice in real estate law, corporate transactions, wills and estates law, and continues her family law practice in primarily uncontested matters. She enjoys assisting clients in all her areas of practice to achieve goals like buying their first home, starting a business, estate planning and amicably resolving outstanding family law issues upon separation, divorce or cohabitation.

Deborah is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Essex Law Association.
