Simon began working with the firm as a student during law school, where he also completed his articles and then joined the firm as an associate. He is now a partner at the firm, where he practices corporate and commercial law, franchise matters, planning and development law, wills and estates law, estate planning and administration, commercial and residential real estate and landlord and tenant matters. Simon has successfully represented his clients before the Superior Court of Justice, various administrative tribunals, a number of different municipal councils and committees, and more. Simon is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Essex Law Association.
